We’re looking for energetic university students to join our Boat Rentals Cleaning Services team. This is a hands-on, active role at a busy marina where no two days look the same, and the views from your workplace are absolutely unbeatable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cleaning and preparing houseboats, powerboats and personal watercraft between rentals
• Washing decks, vacuuming interiors, sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms and sleeping areas
• Restocking supplies and linens so guests step onto a spotless boat
• Removing trash and helping keep the docks and marina areas tidy
• Reporting maintenance issues or damage to supervisors
• Working as part of an international team to meet daily turnaround deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
• Conversational English skills
• Good physical condition – the role involves bending, lifting, and working outdoors in warm desert temperatures
• Reliability, attention to detail and a positive team attitude
• Availability for the full Summer to Fall season, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced marina environment
