Aramark Destinations South Lake Powell is looking for friendly, energetic university students to join the Guest Services team as Boat Rental Agents for the Summer to Fall season in Page, Arizona.
This is an indoor, front desk position — you’ll be the first smile guests see when they arrive to start their adventure on one of the most spectacular lakes in the world. Perfect if you want real customer service experience in a professional American workplace, without spending all day in the desert heat.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests at the boat rental desk and answering their questions with a genuine smile
- Processing boat rental reservations, check-ins and check-outs using the company’s booking system
- Explaining rental agreements, safety rules and lake regulations clearly to guests
- Handling payments, deposits and cash register operations accurately
- Coordinating with the marina and dock teams by phone and radio
- Recommending destinations, routes and activities around Lake Powell
- Keeping the front desk area clean, organized and welcoming
- Resolving guest concerns politely and professionally

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
- Conversational to good English — you’ll speak with guests all day
- A positive, outgoing personality and a real desire to help people
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional appearance
- Basic computer skills and comfort handling cash
- Ability to stay calm and friendly during busy summer days
