What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting guests at the resort pool area, creating a friendly and safe atmosphere
• Monitoring the pool deck and ensuring all safety rules and regulations are followed
• Setting up, arranging, and maintaining pool furniture, umbrellas, and towel stations
• Keeping the pool area clean, tidy, and guest-ready throughout your shift
• Distributing fresh towels and collecting used ones
• Answering guest questions about resort facilities and local attractions
• Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor
• Working as part of an international team to deliver excellent guest service

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA J-1 programme
• Conversational English – enough to chat comfortably with guests
• A positive, guest-focused attitude and a genuine smile
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot desert temperatures
• Physically able to stand, walk, lift and move pool furniture during shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
