What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting guests at the resort pool area, creating a friendly and safe atmosphere
- Monitoring the pool deck and ensuring all safety rules and regulations are followed
- Setting up, arranging, and maintaining pool furniture, umbrellas, and towel stations
- Keeping the pool area clean, tidy, and guest-ready throughout your shift
- Distributing fresh towels and collecting used ones
- Answering guest questions about resort facilities and local attractions
- Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor
- Working as part of an international team to deliver excellent guest service

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA J-1 programme
- Conversational English – enough to chat comfortably with guests
- A positive, guest-focused attitude and a genuine smile
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot desert temperatures
- Physically able to stand, walk, lift and move pool furniture during shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Availability for the full summer-to-fall season
