We’re hiring energetic international students as Restaurant Servers for the Summer to Fall season, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Restaurant Server, you’re the face of our dining experience and the reason guests come back year after year. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and guiding them to their tables with a genuine smile
- Presenting menus, describing daily specials, and recommending Wisconsin favorites and local craft beers
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into our POS system
- Delivering meals promptly and checking in with guests throughout their visit
- Setting and resetting tables, polishing glassware, and keeping your section spotless
- Processing payments, handling cash and card transactions, and thanking guests on their way out
- Working closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers as one tight-knit team

Pay & Benefits
- $4.00 per hour base wage plus TIPS — tipped servers in busy resort restaurants often significantly increase their total earnings
- 32 guaranteed hours per week, with the chance to pick up extra shifts during peak season

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 with valid J-1 Work & Travel sponsorship
- Conversational to strong English — you’ll be talking with guests all day
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a positive attitude
- Ability to stay on your feet, move quickly, and carry trays during busy service
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team spirit and a genuine desire to make guests happy
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required — we will train you
Season
This position runs from Summer through Fall, giving you the chance to experience both the busy sunny season and the world-famous Door County autumn colors before heading home.
