Olympia Companies – The Lodge at Schroon Lake is looking for energetic international students to join its food & beverage team as Servers in Schroon Lake, New York. What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and seating guests with genuine hospitality and a warm smile
- Presenting menus, describing daily specials and taking food and drink orders
- Serving meals and beverages promptly and accurately
- Checking in with guests to make sure they’re enjoying their experience
- Setting, clearing and resetting tables; keeping your section clean and organized
- Processing payments and handling checks accurately
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to deliver a smooth service

What You’ll Get

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel USA program
- Good conversational English – you’ll be talking with guests all day
- A positive, guest-focused attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to stay on your feet during a busy shift and carry trays safely
- Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
