Olympia Companies – The Lodge at Schroon Lake is looking for energetic international students to join its food & beverage team as Servers in Schroon Lake, New York. What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and seating guests with genuine hospitality and a warm smile
• Presenting menus, describing daily specials and taking food and drink orders
• Serving meals and beverages promptly and accurately
• Checking in with guests to make sure they’re enjoying their experience
• Setting, clearing and resetting tables; keeping your section clean and organized
• Processing payments and handling checks accurately
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to deliver a smooth service

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel USA program
• Good conversational English – you’ll be talking with guests all day
• A positive, guest-focused attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to stay on your feet during a busy shift and carry trays safely
• Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn
• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
