McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge, tucked inside Denali State Park in Trapper Creek, Alaska. If you want a Work & Travel USA summer that feels like a real adventure – not just a job – this is it.
We’re hiring Bussers to join our friendly food & beverage team for the Summer to Fall season. You’ll work alongside international students from around the world and American colleagues who come back year after year for the Alaskan magic.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables quickly and neatly so guests are seated fast
- Supporting servers with drink refills, bread, water and running food to tables
- Keeping dining areas, service stations and bus tubs organized and stocked
- Assisting with light setup and breakdown of the restaurant before and after service
- Greeting guests with a smile and answering simple questions about the lodge
- Working as part of a fast-moving team during breakfast and dinner rushes
Pay & Hours
- $13.00 per hour
- 40 hours per week guaranteed schedule
- Tips included – bussers share in tip distribution, boosting your weekly earnings
- Overtime opportunities may be available during peak weeks

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 on a J-1 Work & Travel USA visa
- Conversational English – you’ll interact with guests daily
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to help teammates
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift/carry bus tubs and trays (up to 25 kg)
- Comfortable living and working in a remote wilderness location with limited shopping
- Availability from summer through fall (late season stays are highly valued!)
